The detail behind the estimate

Clear inputs.
Honest assumptions.

9.0 nominal. 8.7 usable.

We compare 2, 3, 4 and 5 GoodWe GW9.0-BAT-D-G20 modules: 18 / 27 / 36 / 45 kWh nominal and 17.4 / 26.1 / 34.8 / 43.5 kWh usable before your selected reserve.

Based on GoodWe’s Australian specifications. These are GW9.0 configurations; pricing for other module sizes on our package pages does not apply.

Solar you can use later.

Daily battery output is the lesser of your shiftable grid imports and the available solar charge after losses. Charging is limited by usable capacity after reserve. Savings subtract the feed-in credit you give up.

We use your usage-weighted average import tariff. Check TOU and demand plans with EBD: interval data is needed for precise sizing. Negative value solar shifting is assumed to be avoided.

An estimate, not a guarantee.

Your bill is averaged per day and repeated over 365 days. Seasons, weather, future tariffs, degradation, inverter power limits and installation conditions can change the result.

Supply charges stay unchanged. No battery price, finance, payback, rebates, demand-charge reduction, VPP income or blackout value is included. This is not a quote.
