Enquiries
When you submit our enquiry form, the contact details and job information you provide are sent to Formspree for processing and storage and delivered to EBD. We use those details to respond and discuss your requested work. You can also contact us directly by phone or email.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed, clicks on our phone links and successfully submitted website enquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and device and browser information to measure activity. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call connected. Our custom tracking does not send the name, phone number, email address or message you enter in the enquiry form to Google Analytics.
Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website tag. You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Meta advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and successfully submitted enquiries from our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may use cookies and browser or device information to match activity to its services and measure advertising performance. Our custom Lead event does not include the contact details or message entered in your form. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences in your Meta account. Service providers
The website uses hosting infrastructure, Formspree, Cloudflare Turnstile, Google Analytics, Meta and Google Fonts. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help prevent automated spam on our enquiry forms. These providers may process information outside Australia. Read Formspree’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for details about their handling of information.
